What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?
We currently offer USPS First Class / Priority and UPS Ground shipping free on orders over $30 within the domestic United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. For orders below $30 there is a flat fee shipping: USPS First Class $5 or UPS Ground $10. Shipping is calculated based on final order value after any discounts are applied.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping costs internationally depend on the weight of the items ordered and the destination. We never mark up international shipping - you pay what we pay. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org any time or call us at 917-657-1095 (M-F 9:00am-5:00pm EST) and we will provide the shipping options.
Can I expedite my order?
We offer a variety of expedited shipping options through USPS and UPS, which are updated periodically to provide you with the best available prices. Available options for your region will be displayed in the Shipping section of Checkout. Please note that USPS and UPS have suspended their Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
Where do you ship from?
All packages ship from Norwalk, CT, USA.
What is the processing time?
Order processing usually takes 24-48 hours after the order is placed - excluding major holidays.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation Email with a link to an Order Status page that displays the details and status of your order. When your order ships, the tracking information will display on the page and you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
Return requests should be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. After 14 days, please contact us to discuss the specifics of the issue. To complete your return, simply provide your receipt of purchase from Eir NYC and ship the unused portion back to us at 5 Mott Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850. As long as the product is in its original packaging and does not show more than 14 days of use, we will provide a full refund once the return is received.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchange requests should be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. After 14 days, please contact us to discuss the specifics of the issue. To complete your exchange, simply provide your receipt of purchase from Eir NYC and ship the unused portion back to us at 5 Mott Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850. I received a damaged product. How should I proceed?
If there is an issue with any item, please let our Customer Experience team know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please include as many details as possible. We will exchange the product or refund the cost as needed.
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Promotion codes are limited to one code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We also accept Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo Payments. At this time, we do not accept multiple forms of payment on a single order.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Any amendments or cancellations to orders must be made within twenty-four hours of placing the order as we do our best to ship out within 24 hours. Please email email@example.com for questions or assistance.

How do I buy a gift card?
To purchase a gift card, please add the item in the desired denomination to your shopping bag. Gift card codes will be emailed to the purchaser after the transaction is completed. You may choose to print or forward the gift card confirmation email to the recipient.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards may be redeemed at checkout by entering the gift card code in the text field labeled “Gift card or discount code” in the right-hand column. Please contact us with any additional questions.
Is gift wrap and/or card available?
Yes, we’re always happy to dress up your package for gifting and provide a hand written note. Please provide the text for you note in the comments section when placing your order and any other special instructions.
Do your products have expiration dates?
Because all Eir NYC products are 100% natural and use no chemical preservatives, we suggest that you use or discard your products within 12 months of purchase.
Does Eir NYC use Sulfates—SLS + SLES, Parabens, Formaldehydes, Formaldehyde-releasing agents, Phthalates, Mineral Oil, Retinyl Palmitate, Oxybenzone, Coal Tar, Hydroquinone, Triclosan, Triclocarban, Undisclosed synthetic fragrances or colorants?
Yuck, no! Our products are 100% pure and natural.
Do you test your products on animals?
No WAY!!! We do not ever test our products on animals.
Sometimes my products look slightly different or smell sightly different than previous purchases - is that a problem?
Because these oils are made up of powerful botanicals and extracts, the color and or scent can vary slightly from batch to batch.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to the Eir NYC email list?
You can easily subscribe to our emails by clicking on our subscribe form and entering your email address. Want to cancel your email subscription? We hate to see you go!
